Aluminum heater tube is an electric heating component through putting the heating wire into the aluminum tube. It has good waterproof and heat conduction performance. The highest operating temperature can reach 200º C. It is adapted to be operated in the moist occasion with middle and low temperature. Because it can shape easily, it does not equip costly mould, design and product promptly, safe and economical. All the products passed the safe and explosion-proof attestation, and be used widely as the defrosting machinery and heaters for the refrigerators and freezers, as well as dry boxes and cookers. The diameter of aluminum tube is ø 4, ø 4.5, ø 5 and ø 6.35.

Aluminum Heater pipe is good in seal, instant in heat conduction. Use aluminum tube as carrier, put silicone heating wire or PVC heat wire into tube to make different shape of heat part. Separate them into two types according to aluminum tube outer diameter.

1). Aluminum heater pipe: Apply to indirectly cooling refrigerator, air-conditioner, cooler, ach-in refrigerator and some pipe heaters.

2). Material: Silicone Rubber or PVC.

3). Ambient temperature: -60 º Cto +85º C.

4). Resistant voltage in water: 2000V/min(normal water).

5). Insulated resistant in water: ≥ 100 mega ohm.

6). Tolerance power(resistance): ± 7%.

7). Fastening intensity of terminal: ≥ 50N.

8). PVC heat resistant is 105 º C. Silicone rubber heat resistant is 180º C
